Adult Learn to Play Hockey

Adult Learn to Play Hockey is designed to teach basic hockey skills to adults who are looking to get involved in the game of ice hockey. Ages 15 and up are welcome to attend. No pre-registration necessary.

Class begins with 30 minutes of skating exercises and instruction, then everyone is split into groups for various hockey drills. The class is finished with a scrimmage. Most sessions are taught by John-Scott Dickson.

Classes are primarily on Sundays @ 1:00p, however, times do change. View the Stick & Puck calendar for exact class times.

$20 for Drop in Class (GOALIES ARE FREE). All gear is recommended, however, only sticks, gloves, skates, and a helmet are required. Bring a light and dark jersey for the scrimmage.

Patron Code of Conduct

PATRONS OF THIS FACILITY ARE REQUIRED TO REFRAIN FROM THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIORS:
  • Behavior that is disruptive, aggressive or illegal in nature.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance abuse or impairment.
  • Foul language or obscene gestures.
  • Any verbal abuse of other patrons, employees, officials and players.
  • Banging on the glass or other excessive or boisterous behaviors or celebrations.
Management reserves the right to have any offenders of the above written policy removed from the facility.
