**Declaration Games may be scheduled for competitive league teams in an effort to balance the leagues.  Before the season starts, each team will request a specific level of play.  You may then play at up to 4 games against various teams.  Based on these outcomes, divisions may be formed with teams of similar strength.  All teams must be willing to play during any night of the week during the declaration process**
